A once in a lifetime Mélange of our first 2 coolship beers. Brewed with raw wheat, pale malt and aged hops. Spontaneously fermented by local Nashville microflora in the 2012/13 & 2016/17 seasons. Oak aged then blended for a natural 1 year bottle refermentation.
