8 oz can poured into a tulip
A- A fairly hazy golden straw with almost no head.
S- Tart, brett, oak, some malt sweetness, touch of peach brandy.
T- Mildly tart, oak, brett, some malt sweetness, some of the peach brandy barrel comes through.
M- Smooth, light to medium body, carbonation is there it’s just on the lighter side.
O- A decent brett ale. I was hoping for my funk and peach, maltinsss is stronger than I expected.
