For #20, we used Zeus as mash hops, then First Gold and Galena at the beginning of the boil; Ahtanum and First Gold at 30 minutes; and Cascade and Ahtanum with five minutes left. We then dry-hopped with Ahtanum.

Poured a nice solid amber color with a good amount of haze to it. A nice two finger high pillow of white foam graced the top of it and settled down to a thin layer after a little while and left some decent side glass lace as well.
The aroma was very floral, with really nice notes of orange and tangerine coming forward with a nice grassy component as well. The flavor was solid resin filled IPA all the way with a nice welcoming barage of orange and grapefruit, that mellowed with some sugary malts as it passed through. Nice long dry finish left some great bitter notes as it passed back. Nice smooth feel and good carbonation capped off a very sessionable IPA.

A - Dark coppery in color. Very thin khaki colored head that quickly fades to a thin ring around the glass. Spotty lacing left on the glass.
S - Sweet biscuity aroma mixed with a light citrus fruitiness. Much more malt heavy in the nose than many of the other Hop Projects I have had.
T - Clean citrus tastes up front, but not very strong. Strong malt backing comes through quickly with a biscuity sweetness. As the beer warms a more earthy hop profile comes through along with hints of pine. Very intersting balance of tastes.
M/D - Medium bodied and very well carboanted. Balanced IPA, especially compared to other Hop Projects that have been brewed.
