A hazy IPA brewed with Pale, wheat, biscuit and chit malts. Hopping with Talus and Pekko hop varieties lend this full bodied ale of grapefruit and orange creamsicle.

Redolent with fruit flavors and pouring like orange juice, it's easy to see this beer at the breakfast table. But with enough alcohol to suffice for a nightcap, Yazoo's hazy IPA may just make your morning anything but glory.
Hazy gold, yet reasonable in a heavy translucent glow, Morning Glory builds an off white cap before rising with the scent of melon, citrus and floral arrangements. But there's a nutty, toasty and slightly caramelized sweetness that comes with its taste. Honey and cereal also come to mind with the first and malty impressions.
As its taste rolls along, the sweetness relaxes and the hops strengthen on the middle palate. As they transition from more aromatic to flavorful, the citrusy taste trends in the direction of orange, lemon and grapefruit with the juiciness of pear, cantaloup and nectarine. Transitioning further, the late taste highlights the hop's woodsy, herbal, grassy and minty attributes with a medium level of bitterness.
Medium bodied and splitting the difference between the stable taste of Midwestern IPA and the fruitier and smoother taste of the New England style IPA. Bittersweet and malty-dry, Morning Glory is a double, straight down the middle IPA that lingers into a medium-length herbal bitterness and botanical woodsiness.
