12oz brown bottle with a freshness date.

A smaller head but the lacing leaves and epic trail down the glass. Hazed amber color clears up a bit when the beer warms up. Evergreen, lime rind, mint, blond tobacco and exotic fruit from the hops with a hint of biscuity malt and yeast in the aroma. Mouthful of hop resin, nothing too harsh but the first sip was a quick fix for my jonesin hop addiction. Hint grapefruit, mint and soft pine. Kiss of alcohol. Nutty biscuity malt meets a mild yeast tone. Bitter? Sure but a lot more flavor going on. Dry and hoppy finish.

I've only had a few from this project ... keep them coming Yazoo!!

Growler from Riverside Beverage in Chattanooga $9. nice dark orange color, almost amber. Smells a little peachy and then malts. The flavor was bitter, fruity and also had a nice malt flavor to it. I'm biased towards west coast IPA's but sometimes its nice to have an IPA with a malt presence. This was good and I'm looking forward to the bottle of Hop Project #34 that I brought home.

Extra generously received from Drabmuh. Poured into a New Belgium globe.

A - Clear orange-amber with a thin creamy head and lively carbonation.

S - Sweet malt with pine resin/earthy hop aromas.

T - Lots of dark caramel/toffee flavors in this with the piney hops shining through. Very pleasant spicy and bitter finish on this.

M - Creamy with a medium body and moderate carbonation.

D - Nice drinkability, glass is going quick.

This was a pleasant surprise, as I hadn't heard of this brewer or this series. Thanks again, Matt.

Beer poured into a bruery tulip. Beer is red and clear with moderate to low carbonation and a nice head that leaves lacing on the glass.

Aroma is mildly malt but hoppy with nice earthy and piny hop notes. pretty good.

Beer is medium bodied and light on the bitterness but there is a lot of hop flavor in the front of the mouth, very nice. Its kind of malty in there as well but not as much as the 32 was. Its drinkable but gets more bitter the more you drink it. Overall its a decent IPA.
