A: 2-Finger Soapy White Head, Hazy Golden orange body, mild retention
S: Immediate kiwi-vinegar like tartness with hints of pineapple and undercurrents of an almost cheesy funk.
T: lemon and pineapple Sour but not mouth puckeringly so, there is a subtle undercurrent of sweetness that almost tastes like malt peering out from under the sourness and fruitiness, some slight peppery notes, I can see the peach here but it doesn’t jump out at me.
M: Dry and medium bodied.
O: It’s pretty good, but not particularly memorable, I would say above average for what it is, but what it hasn’t quite been codified enough for this beer to come across as a magnificent execution of a simple style. I enjoy it, but for me, a 4-pack was roughly $20 and I don’t think there’s any chance of me buying it again, especially not at that price point.
