Opaque brown appearance.
An even pour yielded a small tan head; almost no lace.
Dark cherry, oak, vinegar & umami notes in the nose.
Medium thin mouthfeel.
Oak, soy sauce & tart dark cherry flavors.
Very bold...and not that enjoyable.
