A: Cloudy dark amber with a frothy, beige, 2.5 finger head; head is rocky and remains for an extremely long period of time; literally, the head remained thick and sticky at 1 finger thickness the whole time
S: citrusy (lemen, lime, grapefruit); a touch of sweet malt
T: nice bitter hop bite; began citrusy, then herbal, followed by bitterness; finish was floral
M: medium body; moderate carbonation; great creamy feel
D: remained true to its flavors throughout; if anything got better as I drank it

Thanks to Tilley4 for this extra -
Poured into Duvel Tulip from bottle - Hop project # 42
Poured cloudy dark orange with amber hues -two finger head that dissipated quickly leaving behind a thin foamy white lacing, decent carbonation.
Smell - Light pine notes - Citrus with hints of hops.
Taste - The Hops jumped out of my tulip and did a round house kick on my tongue , quickly balanced out with some malt backing and some sweet citrus notes that made the balance of the Ipa come together -
Drinkability - Project #41 was a bit bitter for me and this one seems way more blended and balanced - after the initial Hop roundhouse kick to the tongue it becomes a well blended and balanced Ipa - I'm Impressed .

Appearance: Pours a clear amber color; a nice cap of foam sits atop the liquid and leaves a nice pattern of lace
Smell: Floral and citrusy, with a honeybell tangelo character
Taste: After a little touch of biscuity malt, the floral citrus flavors take over, with a honeybell tangelo flavor that adds just a touch of pith both before and after the swallow; in the finish, the floral, citrusy character lingers cleanly into the aftertaste
Mouthfeel: Medium body with moderate carbonation
Drinkability: First wort hopped with Galena, then Nugget at 75 min, Galena, Amarillo, and Hallertau at 30 min, 5 min, and for dryhopping - a first class beer for those who love a floral, citrusy character in their IPA
