Pours a clear amber color with a medium sized, white head.
Smells of wet grass, green peas, a crackery maltiness and a whiff of caramel.
Has a light, refreshing mouthfeel, with a lively carbonation among a light body.
Tastes of floral, bread dough accompanied grass quality, balanced by lighter caramel malts. Turns just a little dry, with more grass and a faint herb appearance, while the malts develop a profound straw, toffee sweetness. Finishes a little too sweet with nothing else than the malts and the carbonation prevailing.
Solid, while definitely getting too sweet and one-dimensional during its finish.

Half Litre bottle poured into pint shaker.
A: Darker side of golden colour, clear, small head which faded quickly without leaving much lacing.
S: Slight hints of grass and honey, eventually some diacetyl crept in.
T: Followed the nose, finished slightly grainy.
M: Moderate carbonation, light body.
O: An easy drinking Franconian Helles.

Lightly sweet pale malt, candied flowers, and some pungeant hops in the aroma. Tall bright white head faded slowly leaving a few strands of lace. Transparent light golden beer holds a few streams of lazily rising bubbles. Grassy/spicy hops on faintly sweet malt base. Finishes with a mild bite. Moderately light body is leaning towards crisp. Nothing to complain about with this one. A nice Helles.
