Poured from a .5L bottle to a pint glass, the liquid is is gold, cloudy and had very good carbonation. The head is tall white and leaves some lace.
The smell is good, typical light banana and cloves
The taste is very good, nice that a brew delivers where it counts. The cloves are good and the banana is better.
The mouthfeel is good, nice body and a prickley fizz bite.
The drinkability is good, this brew was well done.

I have the privilege yet again to sample some good Bavarian brew, specifically a good hefe. This brew produces ample amounts of bright white head, with a good cloudy appearance in the body, which is a nice orange golden color.
Aromas I detect are kind of peppery with a hint of bubblegum.
The taste is mostly bubblegum like, with a bit of a smoky and peppery bite.
This feels a little coarse at first, but finishes off a little wet and refreshing.
