Poured from a .5L bottle to a small beer glass th liquid is clear. caramel brown with very good carbonation. The head is 3 fingers easy light tan and leaves great lace.
The smell is very good, roasty and has a light flowery scent.
the taste is good lots of roasted nuts and flower peddles, slightly sweet with a mild holy finish.
The mouthfeel is fine, lighter then medium body and excellent carbonation.
The drinkability id good a very fine dunkels is the style of Ayinger.

This is one beautiful looking beer. It is a slow pour, due to the vast amounts of light tan head that is created. The body of this brew is dark amber in color and is quite filtered.
I detect hints of smoke as well as a sweet tea aroma as well.
This Landbier is pretty tasty. It has hints of sassafras and smoke at the same time. The taste is mostly dominated by the malt.
Overall this is a good beer, but not great. It is almost sweet enough to be paired well with a desert.
