Tasted November 2003. (I found these old notes...)
This beer was brewed special for the grand opening of Bosco's Little Rock. Nice golden color and permanent white head. Fresh sweet malt aroma with a hop background. Light bodied but not watery. Flavor leans toward sweet but balanced "enough". Finishes malty/sweet. No apparent flaws. This beer does exactly what a "crossover" is supposed to do--taste great and drink easy. It is not an extraordinary brew by any means but it is a solid citizen.
