The beer arrived at the table hazy aple yellow with a low slight head that lasted to lace the glass.
The aroma was sweet honey with slight wheat and a noticeable diacetyl. Also the aroma had some fruitiness, but not like a Bavarian beer, more an American Wheat incantation.
The flavor was wheat, and well done in the wheat portion of the flavor, accompanying that was a well accomplished sweetness that did remind one of honey. The sweetness was nice, but almost overdone.
The finish was just dry with that lasting sweet impression and pleasant wheat into the aftertaste. The body was medium and well done. This was a nice beer, but trying to consume more that a pint could become cloying on the sweetness.
