This was their summer seasonal, and man, was it good. It arrived with a thin, white head that quickly reduced to wisps. The color was a very cloudy, deep-gold/honey yellow. The nose was lightly sweet, somewhat clover like. The mouthfeel was medium with a definite sweetness, but not necessarily of honey. The finish had a great, peppery, rye bite. It can be done. Appearance: Served a nice amber color, with a one finger head.
Smell: Smelled of sweet honey and faint floral hops.
Taste: Residual honey flavor, taste of rye and floral hops. Very refreshing.
Mouthfeel: Light and crisp body, with slightly carbonated mouthfeel.
Drinkability: Very drinkable, and recommended.
