This was one of three spring seasonal offerings. I like to see a brewpub do multiple seasonals
As with all beers at this friendly spot, it is served in a standard shaker pint. The beer is a hazy light yellow. It has a dense white head and good lacing.
The beer has a light aroma of grains and slight floral notes.
The taste is slightly grainy with minimal spice and just a hint of citrus. No off or odd tastes but I would like a stronger flavor profile. As I drank through the beer, no other real flavors emerged. I was hoping for a little more.
The mouth is ok, could maybe use a slight bump in carbonation.
It is very mild mannered and inoffensive. One and done for me.
