Boscos Big Dam Pale Ale was one of 4 seasonal offerings on tap. Served in a shaker, the beer is a dark bronze with a sticky tan head.
It has a nose of caramel malts and some citrus type hops.
Taste is pretty balanced. Beer leads with some slightly sweet malt but they are quickly followed by some fruity bitterness. Not sure of the hops, but I would guess citra and goldings. Some fresh pear and maybe a touch of lemon grass in the finish.
Mouth is a bit thick and slightly oily.
