A "Bohemian pilsner' with 4.6% ABV from a 330 ml brown bottle purchased in Wanaka and consumed a day later in Queensland NZ. BB date of ? 2014.
Pours clear amber with a smallish, bubbly, short-lived, off-white head. Some lacing.
Aroma: Floral hops, sweet malts, and a trace of vanilla.
Flavor: Very good balance even though it is sweeter than, say, a typical Czech pilsner. The hops do dominate eventually in the mildly bitter aftertaste.
Feel: medium-light body; lightly crisp and smooth; good, medium carbonation.
O: a good pilsner with a sweet caramel malt twist.

Pale golden colour with a small white head.
Light citrussy aroma with a hint of pils malt.
Mild pilsner malt flavour with notes of lemon, lime and passionfruit.
Light body with moderately-high carbonation. Decent.
A mild, but decent pilsner. It could be bolder.

Pours godl with a small head.
Nose shows plenty of sweet bready malt but is slightly grainy. Very floral hops with some accompanying spicy notes.
Interesting flavours, malt shows some nutty notes and the hops, while restrained, show good floral and spicy hints.
Nice light body and moderately high carbonation.

Appearance- Very weak yellow body, topped with an almost creamy white top. The head is fed by a voracious stream of carbonation.
Smell- "The Saaz Hop" according to the owner. A rather sharp note that fads into the background and that is it.
Taste- Its a low hopped pils. You can clearly taste the hops in each sip and no malt body.
Mouthfeel- By the end of the mug/glass combo the beer is shadow of its first self. It lacks any real body and becomes watery
Drinkability- Very, it goes down easy, which is surprising considering the amount of carbonation. Clearly brewed to be a very sessionable beer that need to be consumed with some haste.

Pale yellow gold body with a bubbly white head. Heavily carbonated. Not a bad look for a pils.
Smell is fragrant and hoppy. Perhaps a little subdues, but pleasant all the same. No hint of peppery spice, but rather sweet. Not bad, but not outstanding.
Taste is very disappointing. Certainly not the peppery sharp aromatic flavours I associate with a Bohemian styled pilsener (which they claim it is). Instead it tasted a lot more like a pretty bland macro. It is more pilsenery, and damn better than swill, but still pretty dull.
Mouthfeel is very limp flat and lifeless.
Overall, it's a drinkable beer. I suppose I was expecting something a little more exciting (Although, to be fair, they do only claim it to be a "pilsener of Bohemian Tendencies" - maybe the tendencies are just very weak!)

Aromas of spicy deep hops that indicates a rather bitter beer will follow. Some fruit smells derived from the hops as well.
Very hoppy palate that is almost grainy in texture. Sort of enjoyable, also a touch odd. The malt is fair round and full and is offset well by the bitteness which is at an enjoyable level.
Good stuff from a little NZ micro.
