Served in a 1 liter plastic bottle, 4.5% ABV with freshness date. Purchased on October 5th, 2011 in La Lucia, South Africa.

A- Rich amber hue with a decent sized white head. Light lacing on the glass. Slightly opaque.

S- Floral hop notes, citrus, malted grains.

T- Rich taste of hops, grain, citrus, sweetened fruits, and yeast. Mild and very drinkable.

M- Medium bodied with light carbonation. Smooth finish.

O- Very pleasant drinkable pale ale. Doesn't try to be the hoppiest or the most robust beer but succeeds in being balanced and enjoyable. Perhaps the best South African beer I've had so far.

Poured from a 1L PET bottle the beer has a an amber color with a great deal of visible carbonation but no head.

The smell is heavily of yeast almost like unbaked bread with a distinct fruitiness.

The beer is lightly hopped with an initially sharp malt and yeast taste that moves towards a more bitter finish. There are also hints of the sweet fruit that I smelled. Overall it's very mild even for an English Pale Ale. The bread-like tastes of yeast and grain might be a little too heavy.

Hops stronger on second tasting, good floral characteristics.

Mouthfeel is thin but crisp with good carbonation.

Since it's only sold in liter bottles I'm not sure more than one would be a great idea, but it's certainly passable.
