Strange for a doppelbock. It does have some caramel/soy/dough happening, but then theres a fruity/hoppy/tropical fruit thing happening aswell, which i found odd for the style, but it ended up being OK. Perhaps a bit sticky/syruppy. And a bit odd with its hoppyness, not expected in this particular style.
