Kizilkecili 17/4 2025. 50 cl bottle from Mini-Market in Güre. Golden amber can with the name of the beer written from bottom to top.
Pours clear dark amber with a big white head. Stable. Settles as thin, almost transparent layer of foam stretching to cover the surface of the beer. No Lacing to speak of.
Aroma is medium intense with a sweet malty, toasted odor. Caramel, toffee and toasted bread. Biscuit and a hint of Orange Jam. Pleasant and sweet.
Medium strong carbonation. Slightly thick, oily, Soft, lightly tingling texture.
Flavor is medium intense with a quite strong sweetness followed by a moderately strong bitterness. Aftertaste is sweetish. Lingers for a bit. Finish is Soft and sweet.
Sweetish, pleasant Vienna.

Writing this up from dated notes... Canned: 20/04/16 - BB: 20/04/17 15:54 [!!]
L- Deep amber. Rather like a pale ale or bitter. Head good to lacing.
S- Malts, some citrus
T- Dryer than expected. A little balanced richness.
F- Lively on the tongue.
O- Would be nice with grilled/BBqd foods. Nothing memorable really, but this is Turkey. Beer is unexciting. I had brief higher hopes for this one. Three years here and I crave Munich and Yorkshire...
