Kizilkecili 18/4 2025. 50 cl bottle from Mini-Market in Güre. More or less the same design as the Danish produced Tuborg Julebryg but this time with only a little snow covered House on label. Cap with a pin - like a hand grenade.
Pours clear amber with a mid-sized white head. A bit bubbly. Settles as thin, patchy layer of foam barely covering the surface of the beer. No Lacing.
Aroma is medium intense with a sweet, malty odor mingling with a bit of alcohol. Sweet caramel, biscuit and toasted bread. A whiff of metallic alcohol.
Rather strong carbonation. Slightly thick, oily, lively and tingling texture.
Flavor is medium intense with a medium strong sweetness followed by a moderately strong bitterness. Aftertaste is sweet with a sourish undertone. Lingers for a bit. Finish is semi-dry.
More or less identical to the Tuborg Julebryg with only a slight variation in ABV.
