Appearance: Arrives at the table with a coffee color with a limited head and little lacing - looks more like a brown ale than a stout
Smell: Toasted coconut and a hint of maple
Taste: A nice chocolatey backbone is quickly joined by clear overtones of maple and toasted coconut; after the swallow, the maple and coconut flavors dominate the finish and a hint of coffee at the very end
Mouthfeel: Medium body and moderate carbonation
Drinkability: A unique combination that other brewers should try - this was the highlight of my visit
