Brewed with German Pilsner malt, this light straw colored, lower alcohol beer has a dry finish which, when coupled with its higher carbonation, results in its refreshing, eminently drinkable quality. A great session beer!

On-tap @ Aiken Brewing Company.

A: It pours pale yellow with a finger and a half of creamy white head.

S: Pungent cereal grains, light banana, and light citrus.

T: Cereal grains dominate the flavor profile which is a disappointment. Not much going on.

M: The body is light and spritzy and finishes clean.

O: This is a run-of-the-mill Kolsch.
