12 oz. Bottle

Pours a nice yellow/orangy color, nice carbonation, with a pretty nice small off-white head, which leaves some sticky lacing behind. The nose is malty, yeasty, hoppy. The taste is malty, yeasty, hoppy. Medium body. Overall, a pretty tasty brew.

Amber or blonde, they dont seem to know. Just average in every way. Color not dark enough to be an amber. No foam. Malt forward but nothing special. Nothing to say on hop character. Medium bodied. Average or below average in every way.

Poured into a standard pint glass. The beer label clearly says that this is an Amber Ale, yet it looks anything but that. But I will believe the brewery bottle, although this website states it's an American Blonde.

The beer is a hazy honey color, with a cream colored head that recedes to a thin film. Little lacing.

The beer smells of sweet floral notes, honey, and wheat. Wait, is this an amber or an american blonde? i think neither ....

The beer tastes like a sweet honey wheat. Honey, wheat, grains, even floral notes, banana peels. Quite an interesting "Amber Ale" ...

Mouthfeel is medium to light bodied, very drinkable.

Overall, this is a hot mess. Can someone please tell me why a brewery would label this an an Amber Ale?

Pours a hazy golden orange with a thin tan head. Smells of toasted bread. Taste is overwhelmingly of sparged grain. I get the exact same flavor as if I were to eat some of the spent grain after mashing a homebrew. A hint of earthy hops in the finish though. Mouthfeel is a little better than average. Overall an interesting beer. Though the flavor is mostly grainy, its still quite sweet as well, and surprisingly not a terrible quaff.

I don't know if they changed the recipe or something, but it says "Amber Ale" on the label, not "Blond Ale"
