The most generic stout I've had. Not necessarily bad, but nothing to stand out, also a bit watery.

12 oz. Bottle
Pours a very nice dark brown/black color, nice carbonation, with a nice small light tan head, which leaves some nice sticky lacing behind. The nose is malty, with some chocolate/toffee notes. The taste is very nice malty, with some chocolate/toffee notes, slightly vanilla, very nice sweetness. Medium body. Overall, this is a very tasty brew, surprised me. I believe my second brew from this brewery.

Draft, taster glass
A – Deep brown to black, with a beautiful, deep tan to chocolate foam head. Fairly long retention, with a thin layer settling on top.
S – Light coffee and mildly bittersweet chocolate. Some very light spicy hops. The malts are the showcase.
T – Strong chocolate, semi-dark, with light roasted coffee. Sweet and malty, with some roasted malt bitterness and light hop bitterness bringing up the back.
M – Velvety, low carbonation. Almost nitro-ish. Very silky. Slight sparkle in the finish.
O – I like the appearance and aroma profile, but something seems missing from the flavor. Good and easy to drink though.
