A 'special' on tap beer at the brewery. Not sure if this is a test run or what...
A nice looking beer. Burnt orange pour, glossy. 1/2 finger foam lingered fora bit.
Soft aroma. Sweet biscuit malt. Some floral hops. Subtle
A nice flavor, and while not on par with, say, Dry Dock's Marzen, but it is pretty good. Maybe not as 'full'? Soft sweet caramel biscuit, a bit 'doughy' if that makes sense. Hops are lighter but alive. Floral and green grassy meadow.
Drinks well. Smooth with a bit of a zing. Good beer
