Cask. Thin, clear gold with a thick creamy head.

Sampled on gravity dispense straight from the cask at FAB Fest, Miami Beach (notes taken).
Golden-amber coloured, little head due to the dispense method. Nice, floral, hop-laden aroma. The taste revealed an explosion of flavour on the tongue, initial sweetness merging through a touch of fruit into full-bodied hop bitterness that lasted a while. Very crisp for an 'ordinary' bitter, clean-tasting, refreshing. Quite high in natural carbonation. Simply delicious - a great, well-balanced 'quaffing beer'.
Unanimously voted no.1 out of 37 different cask ales by the festival's blind tasting panel.
