As it pours a dark amber colour the beer seems full with caramelized malts and rye, the white head is huge.
Flows of spices from peppercorn to anise come in the aroma, some cinnamon can only be found. The citrusy and herbal character gives a certain sharpness to this very well balanced ale. The soft sweetness and bitterness are very enjoyable. This rye IPA shows you how this two breweries are talented. This beer makes a wonderful refreshing holidays ale.
