Tasted by half pint at the Wenlock Arms last week.
A: a pale straw colour, with a fluffy thin cap and very low carbonation.
S: vegetation-like and floral--with a deep scent of peach blossoms and mildly sweet flowery hops...pretty enticing.
T: citrussy fruity, with a zesty yet sweetish tang (a bit like semi-sweet freshly-squeezed grapefruit juice), on top of a very mild toasted malty, bitter-sweet overtone. More floral and citrussy hops to follow which prevail towards the end and leave behind a lingering bitterness deep down the palate.
M&D: overall this beer is very refreshing on the mouthfeel and mildly dry, making it a thirst-quenching golden ale yet with reasonably good complexity.
