Honey Blonde Ale

The dense, white persisant head sits atop a crystal clear bubbly golden brew. Lots of honey in the aroma, but unfortunately hop nose is absent. Sweet all around in flavor since hop bitterness is kept to a minimum. There's a hint of graininess, but the lack of malt and hop flavors make this brew fairly one dimensional in flavor. It finishes clean and lightly sweet. This is an okay brew, but the sweetness is bit overbearing.
