On tap at Au Brasseur, Strasbourg, France
A: The beer is jet back in color. It poured with a short beige colored head that quickly faded away, leaving a thin collar around the edge of the glass.
S: Moderate aromas of chocolate malts and coffee beans are present in the nose.
T: The taste follows the smell and has flavors of coffee and chocolate along with a slight amount of bitterness.
M: It feels just about medium-bodied and a little thin on the palate with a moderate amount of carbonation.
O: This is a really nice beer if you like chocolate and coffee. It just seems light on the palate.
Serving type: on-tap
