This beer is made with seaweed (algues).
The color is a full golden, with some copper reflexes. Quite scarce foam, and with little duration.
In the smell prevail the sea salt, then some floral note (wistaria?) It recalls the sea smell, but in a smooth and velveted way.
The taste is more focused on the seaweed, less floral, and with a touch of peppery. Radish? More dry and "raw" than in the smell.
Medium-light body. In the aftertaste: seaweed again, pepper. Less dry, and again floral notes.
