Presentation is a swing capped 75cl bottle (also available in 33cl), poured into tulip. The style is a Breton red; I've chosen Scottish ale as the closest.
Cloudy red to deep amber color liquid with a tan head. The head has reasonably large bubbles, dissipates quickly, and leaves only a touch of lacing.
Smells earthy, woody. Very rich aroma.
Quite sweet - lots of dextrins in the finished beer. Bread and brown sugar tastes. Low hop presence. A hint of a sour twang in the finish.
Full mouthfeel. Not the most drinkable beer, because of the sweetness. Still, interesting and somewhat complex flavor and aroma.
