Genova 23/7 2024. 50 cl can from COOP in Mamarone. Simple off-white can with name of the beer in gold and deep red.
Pours clear yellow with a mid-sized white head. A bit bubbly. Settles as thin patchy layer of foam unable of covering the surface of the beer. No lacing to speak of.
Aroma is medium intense with a sweet malty odor bordering on being sugary. Pale sweet malts, white bread, cardboard and white sugar.
Medium strong carbonation. Slightly thick, oily, lively and tingling texture.
Flavor is medium intense with a rather strong sweetness followed by a moderately strong bitterness. Aftertaste is sweetish. Lingers shortly. Finish is semi-dry.
