This rotational dry stout comes with a buff, nitrogenated head that dissipates gracefully leaving a sullen black body with no ornament. The aroma is dry and gruff; more like singed chaff than grain. The modest flavor of dark malts is friendly. Indeed, it almost tastes nutritious, like good liquid bread. And at only 3.7% alcohol, I suppose it is.
