I was served a pint from the tap at the brew pub of the brewery in Kennewick, Washington.
A: It poured a brownish and dirty orange body with a fluffy, sticky tanish head. The abundant head (nearly 2 fingers) retained well and layered the side of the glass long into the brew.
S: It was sweet and malty with a touch of bready and yeasty aroma.
T: It was rich, sweet and creamy with a major malty and sweet front and a filling a full flavored posture that coated the tongue and left a sweet and furry finish. It was somewhat one dimensional...malty and sweet with a hidden ABV and nearly unnoticeable Hop profile.
M: It was medium to full-bodied with a taste that began and ended sweet and lingered wlll into the aftertaste.
D: It was a bit heavy and fully of ABV to warrant consideration as a session brew...but it was smooth and creamy with a well hidden alcohol and balanced flavor.
