Orange in color with a hearty 2" head that lasted a bit. This beer had a great aroma as grapefruit and earthy / piney bitterness was easy to detect. Caramel, grapefruit, pine resin, and an earthy bitterness rounds out the flavor profile. Long lasting bitter aftertaste here. This beer was more hop focused than the standard Howard Street IPA.
