A: Pours a hazy, golden color with a less than one quarter inch, white head, low retention and less lacing.
S: Aromas of citrus (lemon), honey/cane sugar, and ?caramel.
T: Dry. Flavors follow the nose, but strong bitterness leads to pretty clean finish.
M: Light to medium bodied with low carbonation.
O: Drinkable and enjoyable.
