Served on tap in a cylindrical glass at Thirsty Bear Brewing.
A: Pours a clear, dark copper color with garnet highlights on illumination, a three quarter inch, wheat colored head, good retention, and rings and rings of lacing.
S: Light aromas of caramel and grasses. Cocoa note
T: Flavors similar to nose, but cocoa definitely stronger on the palate. Strong bitterness keeps it dry.
M: Medium bodied with strong carbonation.
O: Really understated use of chocolate flavor. Delicious.
