Short brown head on a transparent light brown body.
Rich barley aroma, that sends images of barley casading like a water fall.
The taste is of caramel and toffee with a real complexity. Bitterness is not that pronounced by the hops are more piney.
There is the tinest harshness that took the mouthfeel down from a 4.5 to 4.0.
Lovely beer, I would love to have it on tap or even better, cask.
