This brew is served in a glass w/lemon wedge. The brew is a clear golden color with a small bright white surface layer of head present. Aroma is mild but lemon and bready yeast scents dominate. Light body but not watery. Very gentle carbonation. Flavor is lemony up front with some twangy yeast in teh middle and a clean finish with slight hoppy bite. Wish the finish was a little more strong and flavorful. Nice crisp beer, just some typical hefeweizen qualities missing.
