This was excellent. My first review of a beer from the Oil Valley. This was a great ale. Orange in color. The nose had strong citrus notes. The taste was quite impressive. The citrus notes were present throughout the beer. I enjoyed the drinkability coupled with the high alcohol content. A good combination. Now for the malts. The malts were very present and lead this beer into greatness. I think this is one of the best ipas I have had in a while. I expect great things from this new brewery.

Appearance: Orange amber golden tone with a white frothy head leaves behind decent lacing. Aroma: Citrus hops dominate some earthy herbal tones are there as well with a malt backbone that is sugary sweet in nature. Taste: Clean citrus hop bite nice strong bitterness good balance of caramel malts not bad at all. Mouthfeel: Slight sticky feel to it hop resins slide across the palate medium bodied evenly carbonated good job with this one. Drinkability: Excellent mix of hops and malts can't really go wrong with this caliber of quality.
