Appearance: Deep cloudy orange amber gold large fluffy thick off white head lacing left behind is strung evenly. Aroma: Thick layers of clove and banana with hints of vanilla sharp malted wheat sweetness dead on so far. Taste: Excellent refreshing flavorful hefe sharply sweet with banana, clove, and vanilla esters. Mouthfeel: Fluffy nice cream texture rather spritzy carbonation medium bodie brew. Drinkability: If Penn Weizen is your micro hefe of choice give this beauty a try definitely on that same level of goodness.
