A - Pours a dark golden colour with a few centimetres of white head that quite quickly falls away.
S - Quite a strong apple cider aroma which really isn't all that good in a non-apple beer.
T - The apple cider is also quite strong in the taste.
M - Quite light bodied with fairly high carbonation, a biting tartness.
D - Not terrible but there is many other beers I'd drink before this.

I review this with some uncertainty .Was the beer off or was this how it was meant.
The label says Pale Ale and it looks all the world like a cracker of a beer.
Alas that is where it all ended.
It smelt tasted and felt sour watery with a tingling fizziness to it.
Others have mentioned sour notes , but I got walloped with it.
In fairness i will try another at some stage and edit the score if appropriate , but be wary

well, the label says pale ale, but just seems to fit the blonde ale style a lot better.
color just a shade darker than the usual pale lager and a bit cloudy. smallish white head.
aroma is lightly floral and spicy. nice, but could use a bit of a lift.
taste is on the light and refreshing side. not heavy on the hop bitterness or flavor, but enough to make a small contribution. kind of like a lager recipe with an ale yeast.
makes a good hot afternoon beer.
