Hose the Gose - on tap at Feral in the Swan Valley, WA.
A - Extremely pale and clear, like a filtered witbier. Appears filtered, despie being classed as a gose. Good creamy white head and excellent lacing.
S - Musty wheat, yeast. Very french smelling.
T - As with the nose, wheat, yeast, touch of spice.
M - High carbonation, light in the body.
O - Definately worth a go. Not a lot of goses on offer around the place, and Feral are not doing too much wrong. I wasn't disappointed.

A - Hazy pale straw with a 3cm white head that falls somewhat slowly.
S - Bready malted wheat, some fruity & herbal coriander notes.
T - Much the same as the smell really with a bit of sourness and vague minerally and salty touches.
M - Light bodied, slight sourness.
O - A decent enough beer and worth trying if just for the fact you don't see a Gose very often, let alone from an Australian microbrewery.
