A - Dark molasses colour beneath a creamy white head followed by spotty lacing.
S - Sweet malts, caramel, chocolate, coffee, biscuit.
T - Follows the nose to a tee. Bitter cocoa bean and coffee are prominent. The alcohol gives a slight warming effect.
M - Nice medium to full body, moderate carbonation.
O - Aged in 60 year old Hennessey cognac barrels, this is another of Feral's barrel aged selection, and it's another win for them as far as I am concerned. Not my favourite style but a good example with some depth.
