A: Pours with a 1/4-1/2 inch head that has a nice creamy tan look to it. Leaves medium lacing. Liquid is a nice dark brown, coffee-color.
S: Not too much going on here, but I get no hops, but a nice malt (caramel and roasted) aroma with some earthiness on the back end.
T: Nice flavor, but not overly strong. Again, malt comes to the forefront but the beer also has some yeast/bread characteristics. there is actually a bit of hop coming through along with a mild sweetness.
M: Medium/light bodied with medium/mild carbonation. Very smooth.
D: Refreshing and wonderfully sessionable. That is one of my favorite qualities of this beer. While the overall flavor isn't too strong, it allows for a very drinkable beer with a nice flavor. Great to have a few of at the bar.

Pours a hazy, brown color. 1/5 inch head of a white color. Decent retention and decent lacing. Smells of sweet malt, slight roasted malt, slight alcohol, yeast, and slight oatmeal sweetness. Fits the style of an American Brown Ale. Mouth feel is sharp and crisp with an average carbonation level. Tastes of yeast, sweet malt, pale hop, and grain. Overall, good aroma, but body is lacking.
