-Built on a foundation of Kansas-grown English-style pale malt with the addition of carmel, chocolate, roasted barley, and Carafa II.

-Classic American hops—Cascade and Centennial—lend subtle citrus and pine accents that lighten the edges of the roast.

-Fermented using a traditional English yeast strain to accent the malt character

-Expect aromas of cocoa and roasted grain with a flicker of citrus; flavors of chocolate, caramel, and smooth roast; and a crisp, satisfying finish true to American Porter tradition

Solid, well balanced porter with good palate heft; a nice chocolate/roasty/malty/slightly burnt-tobacco-y flavor and a lovely lingering aftertaste. Very quaffable.
