-Delightfully powerful and dry Belgian beer
-Brewed with a base of Kansas Malt Company Pilsner along with some simple sugar.
-Lightly hopped with Lemon Drop and Styrian Goldings to balance the beer and add some spicy lemon notes.
-Belgian beers are generally a very yeast driven category. This particular Saison strain is known for producing a dry refreshing beer with sweet fruit aromas and flavor such as pear, apple, and bubblegum

Tasty, well balanced saison with good mouthfeel for as light as it drinks; a subtle fruityish/pear flavor and a slightly dryish, belgiany-yeasty backend.
