Pours a nice peachy color wit ha 2 finger head that falls to a light broken coating over top. The aroma is big in honey sweetness, but with an alcoholic blast behind it. The nose tells me more alcohol than 6%. The flavor is weird. I get a bit of weird phenolic character. Its rather dry, suggesting a low FG. Very different from other braggot's I have had. I like it. There is also a slight winey/grapey flavor in there. I'd like a little residual sweetness to come through. The feel is very light, crisp and dry. Overall, a nice braggot. I like the difference it provides.

Poured into a big burgundy glass. No head, some bubbles, but they dissipate fast. Smells of honey, lemon, apple skin, pears, incredibly fruity. Appears still, yet there is carbonation, especially on the tongue. Taste starts off with honey and alcohol, then it thins a bit as the slight beery flavors kick in. Finish is long, again more honey and appleskin, and carbonic. As the braggot warms, the ale character comes out a bit more. Definitely serve this at cellar or room temperature. Chilling just brings out mead domination. Smooth alcohol bathing of the mouth. This is a nice thirst quencher. Would be great on a hot afternoon.
